Litigation Associate

An Am Law 100 firm is seeking a junior-to-mid-level litigation associate (approximately 3–6 years) to join its Digital Risk Advisory and Cybersecurity practice in Denver. This nationally recognized team advises sophisticated clients on privacy, cybersecurity, and digital risk matters, including data security incidents, regulatory investigations, compliance, and related litigation. The practice offers frequent exposure to high-profile, fast-moving matters and complex consumer class actions.

The team offers meaningful responsibility from day one, direct mentorship, and a clear path to partnership within a practice that values collaboration, entrepreneurship, and client service. Attorneys work closely across disciplines and are encouraged to build long-term client relationships while developing expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of legal practice. Compensation ranges from approximately $230,000–$260,000, plus discretionary bonus opportunities tied to billable performance.

Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of commercial litigation experience, with exposure to consumer class actions, cybersecurity and/or breach response, or privacy matters.

Responsibilities include advising clients on data security incidents, regulatory compliance, and risk management strategies while supporting investigations, litigation, and incident response. Strong academic credentials, outstanding research and writing skills, excellent project management abilities, and the resilience to thrive in a high-performance environment are essential. Prior clerkship experience is a plus.
