We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Product Manager to join our team. This is a Full-Time, fully remote position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the products that empower our clients and mortgage professionals. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences within the financial services sector.

Salary: $85,000 - $140,000 USD per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with our company goals and client-centric ethos.

Define product requirements, create user stories, and manage the product backlog through collaboration with engineering, design, and key stakeholders.

Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

Lead the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and discovery through to launch, post-launch analysis, and iteration.

Act as the primary point of contact for all aspects of your product, effectively communicating with and managing expectations for internal and external stakeholders.

Analyse product performance data and user feedback to make informed decisions for future product enhancements.

Champion a customer-focused approach, ensuring the client experience is at the centre of all product development decisions.

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a Product Manager, preferably within the FinTech, financial services, or mortgage industry.

A strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.

Demonstrable experience in gathering user requirements and translating them into clear and actionable development tasks.
