Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

Performance Marketing, Lead Generation & ROAS optimization

Audience Targeting, Remarketing & Retargeting

E-commerce & Marketplace Marketing (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify)

SEO, SEM, Social Media & Email Marketing

Campaign analytics, reporting and budget management

Research competitors, trends and growth opportunities

Generate creative marketing ideas and execute them independently

AI Skills (Preferred)

Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Perplexity, CapCut AI or similar for:

Content & ad copy creation

Creative generation

Marketing automation

AI-powered SEO & research

Campaign optimization

Prompt engineering

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Digital & Performance Marketing

Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager & GA4

Good understanding of D2C, E-commerce & Marketplace Marketing

Creative, analytical and result-oriented mindset

Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn
