We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Investor Relations Specialist.

In this role you will:

Serve as a primary point of contact for existing investors across the region, with a primary focus on Direct Real Estate strategies

Respond to investor inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism, coordinating across internal teams to deliver clear outcomes

Support client meetings, portfolio reviews and due diligence requests, including preparation of materials and follow-ups

Monitor fund performance metrics and key portfolio developments; help to prepare regular or ad-hoc client reports

Maintain a strong audit trail and documentation standards for client deliverables and communications

Work closely with internal teams, such as investment, operations, performance reporting teams, Product, Legal and AIFM, to ensure data integrity and consistent messaging

Act as a coordination layer across stakeholders to reduce information silos and improve responsiveness

Operate effectively as a self-directed lead in Singapore (“lone wolf”) while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across time zones

To be successful you will

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field

5 years of experience in investor relations, client services, or fundraising within alternatives – Direct Real Estate experience is essential

Strong understanding of Alternative Strategies and the investor servicing lifecycle (reporting, liquidity/cashflows, fund dynamics)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

A self-starter who’s able to work independently is essential, with confidence engaging senior internal and external stakeholders
