YORUASA Media Groupは、YouTuber、ストリーマー、コンテンツクリエイターを中心に、動画編集およびポストプロダクションサービスを提供しています。

本ポジションでは、日本および米国の見込み顧客に対する新規営業、当社SNSアカウントの運用、ならびに動画やデジタルコンテンツの制作を担当していただきます。

日本語と英語の両方を使用し、クリエイターや企業との関係を築き、新規案件の獲得につなげることが主な役割です。営業活動だけでなく、自らアイデアを提案し、当社の認知度向上やブランドの成長にも積極的に取り組んでいただきます。

主な業務内容

日本および米国の見込み顧客の調査、リスト作成

メール、X、Instagram、LinkedIn、Discordなどを使用した新規顧客への営業活動

日本語および英語での問い合わせ対応、フォローアップ、商談調整

見込み顧客のニーズや予算のヒアリング

当社サービスやポートフォリオの紹介

営業状況、顧客情報、フォローアップ内容の管理

当社SNSアカウントの企画、投稿、運用

SNSを活用した当社サービスの宣伝およびマーケティング

SNS用の短尺動画、広告動画、プロモーションコンテンツの編集

YouTubeサムネイル、SNS画像、バナー、その他デジタル素材の制作

投稿内容や営業活動の成果分析、改善提案

編集チームや経営陣との連携

その他、会社の成長に必要な営業、マーケティング、クリエイティブ業務

You will work as a Bilingual Social Media Marketing and Business Development Specialist.

YORUASA Media Group provides video editing and post-production services primarily for YouTubers, streamers, and content creators.

In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients in both the United States and Japan, managing our social media accounts, and creating promotional video and digital content.

Your primary responsibility will be to communicate in both English and Japanese, build relationships with potential clients, and convert outreach into new business opportunities. You will also be expected to contribute ideas, actively promote our services, and help increase awareness of the YORUASA Media Group brand.

Main responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients in the United States and Japan

Create and maintain organized prospect and outreach lists

Contact potential clients through email, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, and other platforms

Communicate and follow up with prospects in both English and Japanese

Arrange meetings and learn about each prospect’s needs and budget

Introduce YORUASA Media Group’s services and portfolio

Track outreach activity, client information, and follow-up status

Plan, create, and manage posts for the company’s social media accounts

Promote the company’s services through social media and digital marketing

Edit short-form videos, advertisements, and promotional content

Create YouTube thumbnails, social media graphics, banners, and other digital artwork

Review the performance of social media and outreach activities and suggest improvements

Coordinate with the editing team and company management

Assist with other sales, marketing, and creative responsibilities as the company grows

We are a small, growing team supporting content creators and businesses in Japan and international markets.

In this position, you will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including client outreach, social media management, video editing, thumbnail design, and promotional content creation. This is not limited to only sales or production. You will have the opportunity to use your ideas, creativity, and communication skills to directly contribute to the growth of the company.

Communication is handled mainly through chat and online voice calls. Remote work is available as long as you have a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
