Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, facility management, vendor coordination, office maintenance, and employee support to ensure smooth functioning of the plant and office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative activities of the plant and corporate office.
Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, transportation, and facility maintenance services.
Handle vendor management, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely renewal of AMC/service agreements.
Maintain office infrastructure, furniture, equipment, and utility services.
Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement of stationery, consumables, and administrative materials.
Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and payments related to administration.
Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and guest house management.
Maintain records of assets, inventory, and administrative expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory administrative requirements.
Coordinate employee accommodation, transport, and canteen facilities where applicable.
Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Support HR in onboarding activities and employee documentation whenever required.
Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports related to administration.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience in a manufacturing industry.
Experience in factory administration will be preferred.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of office administration and facility management.
Vendor management and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of purchase processes and documentation.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Preferred Experience
Experience in handling plant administration.
Exposure to ISO documentation and compliance.
Experience in managing transport, security, housekeeping, and canteen operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally is an added advantage.
