Recruitment Manager - Driver Hiring

The Commercial Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified commercial drivers (such as CDL drivers) to meet company staffing needs.

This role focuses on building a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract qualified commercial drivers through job boards, referrals, social media, and recruiting events

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess driver qualifications, experience, and fit

Verify candidate credentials including licenses, certifications, driving records, and background checks

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company hiring standards (e.g., DOT requirements)

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases

Build and maintain relationships with driving schools, training programs, and industry networks

Manage job postings and employer branding efforts to attract top talent

Communicate job offers and assist with onboarding processes

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
