Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Incentives + Petrol Allowance + Mobile Allowance

About the Role:

A1 SKC Food Products Private Limited, a 50+ year legacy brand since 1975 in Pure Cow Ghee, Saffron & Asafoetida, is hiring Area Sales Executives for Salem HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cover 80-100 retail outlets daily in the assigned area across Salem & nearby districts

- Achieve monthly sales, distribution & visibility targets

- Take orders, ensure stock availability, collect payments on time

- Manage distributors, wholesalers and key retail accounts

- Execute new product launches and promotional schemes at retail level

- Build strong retailer & distributor relationships and resolve on-ground issues

- Report daily sales, stock, competitor activity via mobile app

- Achieve secondary and tertiary sales targets for the assigned area

Requirements:

- 2-4 years experience in FMCG field sales. Area handling experience preferred

- Must have own 2-wheeler and valid driving license. Petrol reimbursed

- Fluent in Tamil & English. Basic smartphone knowledge required

- Target-driven, good communication, negotiation & team handling skills

- Experience in managing a sales team will be an added advantage

Education:

12th Pass / Any Graduate
