Position Overview
The Duty Manager (ASM) will oversee the daily store operations, ensure smooth customer experience, and manage staff during assigned shifts. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on experience in supermarket. English Fluency is a must.
(Supermarket/grocery experience is preferable. Apparel, Fashion, QSR- Quick service Restaurant, Lifestyle profiles having strong leadership and customer service experience also considered)
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store during your shift
Manage floor operations, staff deployment, and customer service
Monitor inventory, stock availability, and shrinkage control
Supervise cash counters and ensure billing accuracy
Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain store hygiene, safety and compliance standards
Support Store Manager in driving sales & achieving targets
Guide, mentor and motivate store associates
Mandatory Experience 1.Experience in handling store operations and team supervision 2.Strong knowledge of merchandising, inventory & customer handling 3.Basic education is also considered.
