The Associate, PropertyMarketing,is a member of Oxford’s Global Marketing and Communications Team and reports to theManager,Property Marketing.
This role is a creative, clever, digitally savvy marketer who is passionate about executing with excellence. Known fortheability to partner with multiple stakeholders to support business strategy, this individual has a strong understanding of marketing and communications best practices and is a skilled project manager with a passion for creative design and branding.Curious,proactive, and comfortable working within an evolving global organization, this individual will playan important rolein executingB2Bmarketing and communications programs that effectively navigate regional nuance while supporting Oxford’s global agenda.
You willbe responsible for:
Act as an Oxford brand advocate and steward, executing global priorities with consideration for local nuance
Partner with global cross-functional teams to support the end-to-end delivery of property marketing initiatives, including interpreting briefs, engaging stakeholders, andidentifyingrequired resources
Collaborate with the broader marketing and communications team, including Canadian Office, Retail, and Residential Marketing teams, to ensure programs align with brand standards and global priorities
Develop, review, and refine marketing materials, including copywriting and proofreading, while providing creative direction and ensuring alignment with brand standards
Contribute to the development and maintenance of global property marketing tools and resources
Support the development, updating, and optimization of website content and email marketing campaigns to ensure consistency, relevance, and alignment with business objectives
Track, report, and communicate keyobjectivesand results across marketing initiatives
Maintain an understanding of marketing, communications, brand, and real estate best practices
Required Skills& Experience
Universitydegreein Marketing, Communications or Business is strongly preferred
Minimum 2 years of related work experience on a corporate marketing team
Working knowledge of brand marketing and creative design processes, with experience supporting the development of marketing materials aligned with brand standards and effectively communicating key messages to target audiences, and the ability to communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders
Ability to support the communication of key messages to target audiences and share design concepts and ideas with stakeholders
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn quickly, incorporate feedback, and apply learnings to improve work
Experience with project management software, Adobe Creative Suite, digital asset management solutions, email marketingtoolsand Canva
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional branded presentations
Strong presentation, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
Collaborative approach to working with internal and external partners, with a focus on building relationships based on trust
Preferred Skills& Experience
Experience in the hospitality sector, investment banking, managementconsultingand/or commercial real estate
Demonstrates creative thinking and contributes ideas tosolveproblems and improve outcomes
Comfortable adapting to evolving processes and changing business priorities
Interest in continuous learning, research, and creative development
Working knowledge of data and analytics, with the ability to support team goals andobjectives
Applies creative thinking and considers different perspectives when approaching challenges

The expected salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year, prorated based on the term of the contract.
You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS& Oxford offer letters.
