SUMMARY
The Lead Sales Associate assists Retail Store Manager oversee employees and run daily store operations. The Lead Sales Associate ensures the sales floor is well-organized, customers receive excellent service, and team members are supported in achieving performance expectations. The Lead Sales Associate is responsible for meeting/exceeding sales quotas and goals by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Assigns duties, schedules shifts and breaks, and ensures adequate floor coverage
Trains and supervises staff on store policies and job duties
Orders and inspects merchandise, supplies, and equipment
Tracks deliveries, check for accuracy and reports discrepancies
Prepare sales and inventory reports
Ensure accuracy in sales and cash handling
Handles customer complaints, returns and service issues professionally
Assist staff with complex sales and customer service tasks
Meets or exceeds sales goals my managing daily store operations
Maintain regular communication with store leadership
Supports donation and production operations as needed
Maintains a safe work environment
Other duties as assigned
