ABOUT THE ROLE

Support the Manufacturing team in analyzing operational data, contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities within production processes.

Participate in continuous improvement, equipment efficiency, and productivity projects, developing practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and industrial performance analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect, consolidate, and analyze manufacturing data to generate performance indicators and support decision-making.

Assist in the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics.

Participate in continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing and TPM tools and methodologies.

Support the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve machine efficiency and reduce process losses.

Assist with labor productivity studies and manufacturing process analyses.

Participate in problem-solving activities and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence initiatives.

Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of Manufacturing processes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control & Automation, or related fields).

Must be enrolled between the 1st and 3rd year of the degree program; students in their 4th and 5th years are not eligible due to the maximum internship duration of 2 years.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of English

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

Interest in data analysis, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.

Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or process improvement methodologies

Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is considered a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities. · Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
