About the Role

Natural Elements is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of premium woodwork and interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from site measurement and planning through installation, quality control, and successful handover while ensuring client satisfaction, quality standards, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage multiple woodwork and interior execution projects from initiation to completion.

· Conduct and verify accurate site measurements and coordinate with design and production teams.

· Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

· Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.

· Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

· Supervise installation teams and subcontractors to ensure flawless execution and finishing.

· Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks throughout project execution.

· Identify and resolve project-related challenges, risks, and site issues proactively.

· Manage project documentation, reports, site records, and client communications.

· Attend client meetings and provide regular project status updates.

· Drive timely project completion and successful handover while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

· Graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within woodwork, furniture manufacturing, interior fit-outs, or architectural products.

· Strong knowledge of site execution, installation methodologies, project planning, and quality control.

· Proven experience in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

· Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills.

· Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office, project reporting, and project tracking tools.

· Excellent communication and client management skills.

· Willingness to travel to project sites .
