Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a experienced graphics designer (Minimum 2 years) who can do something rare: make industrial safety look world-class. This is a B2B role. Your work will travel from a distributor's inbox across the globe. It must be sharp, credible and instantly understandable at every stop.

B2B Role Tasks:

Create sales enablement assets: pitch decks, distributor onboarding kits, pricing and comparison one-pagers

Design outbound and nurture email creatives for international distributor campaigns

Build trade show and exhibition assets: stall graphics, standees, product display materials, corporate giveaways

Produce LinkedIn-first B2B social creatives aligned to a technical, professional audience

Design website banners, category page visuals and landing page graphics that support lead generation

Create packaging, labels and training collaterals compliant with export market expectations

Use AI image generation tools for product renders, concept visuals and rapid creative exploration

Requirements:

1. Skill (what you must be able to do)

Operate CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator at a professional level; working proficiency in Photoshop

Prepare accurate print-ready files: bleed, CMYK conversion, dielines, resolution management

Generate and art-direct AI imagery (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Gemini, Chat GPT, Claude, or similar) and refine outputs to brand standard

Translate a rough brief into multiple distinct creative directions

Lay out dense technical information (specifications, tables, certifications) so it stays legible and scannable

Manage multiple live projects and deliver to deadlines

2. Knowledge (what you must know)

Principles of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy

Print production processes: paper stocks, finishes, offset vs digital, packaging constraints

How B2B buying works: long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, trust-led rather than impulse-led design

File format standards for print, web, email and large-format display

Brand system thinking: how to keep hundreds of assets consistent across markets

(Good to have) Familiarity with industrial, electrical or manufacturing visual conventions: safety colours, signage norms, technical iconography

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
