What you need to succeed at XPO

Experience & Knowledge

At least 2 years of experience in road transportation, with a strong focus on international FTL operations.

Proven knowledge of the international carrier network.

Solid understanding of transportation market dynamics and subcontracting processes.

Technical Skills

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of Eastern European languages will be considered a plus.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

What you will do on a typical day

Manage a portfolio of international clients at an operational level.

Oversee subcontracting activities within the international FTL network.

Develop and maintain a reliable carrier network aligned with business needs and transport flows.

Ensure profitability optimization across all assigned activities.

Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools among subcontracted suppliers.

Assist in the onboarding and approval of new carriers by collecting and validating the required transportation documentation.

Support the FTL Carrier Representative Manager in defining strategies and driving new operational initiatives.
