We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a background in civil engineering or construction management to contribute to impactful projects across diverse sectors. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in liaising with clients, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Duties
Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Develop detailed project plans using Primavera P6, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate with design teams using Civil 3D to ensure accurate project documentation and technical specifications.
Monitor project progress through regular meetings and reporting, adjusting plans as necessary to address any issues or delays.
Manage communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, maintaining clear and professional dialogue.
Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Utilise effective time management techniques to prioritise tasks and optimise team productivity.
Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering or construction sectors.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management is essential.
Experience with Civil 3D for technical design review and documentation is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills with the capacity to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
Prior experience in stakeholder communication and team leadership is preferred.
Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to civil engineering projects is advantageous.

Pay: Up to £89,853.30 per year
