Job Title: Academic Counselor Trainee / Intern

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Senior Academic Counselor
Job Summary
The Academic Counselor Trainee/Intern will receive practical training in student counseling, lead management, and the admission process. During the internship, the candidate will develop communication, counseling, and sales skills while assisting the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Learn about the institution’s courses, admission procedures, and policies.
Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Assist senior counselors in counseling students and parents.
Follow up with assigned leads and maintain accurate records.
Explain basic course information under the guidance of senior team members.
Schedule counseling sessions and admission appointments.
Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions.
Support the admissions team in achieving monthly enrollment targets.
Participate in training sessions, meetings, and performance reviews.
Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree or final-year students from any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
