What You’ll Do
Vehicle Deals: Post new, used, wholesale, dealer trades, and fleet transactions
Balance & Accuracy: Maintain clean schedules and precise financial data
Factory Program Reconciliation: Ensure we collect every dollar owed
Invoice Posting: Enter vehicle invoices into CDK with accuracy and speed
Commission Calculations: Process sales commissions correctly and on time
Sales Support: Maintain schedules to help the team track performance
Financial Statements: Assist with monthly statement preparation
Audit Prep: Support fiscal year-end working papers for auditors
What We’re Looking For
Attitude over Experience: Whether you’re a seasoned dealership accountant, in a support role, or a recent grad, we’ll invest in your growth if you bring the right mindset
Excel Skills: Comfortable with V-Lookup, X-Lookup, and other Excel functions
Efficiency & Accuracy: Handle paperwork quickly and correctly
