We are looking for a curious and analytically driven Data Scientist to join our team and transform complex datasets into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of mathematics, statistics, programming, and business intelligence, requiring a candidate who can build and deploy sophisticated analytical frameworks including machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with strong communication skills, capable of translating data-driven findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, prepare, and clean large datasets for analysis, identifying and resolving data anomalies, inconsistencies, and quality issues to ensure analytical integrity
Apply advanced analytical techniques drawing on mathematical, statistical, programming, and database skills to extract meaningful insights from structured and unstructured data
Design, build, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence frameworks that support automation, prediction, and pattern recognition across business functions
Develop, evaluate, and iteratively refine statistical models and algorithms to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and generate actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into clearly defined data science problems and analytical solutions
Present data-driven findings, visualisations, and recommendations to key decision-makers and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Contribute strategic input and innovation to the organisation's data science roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage data for competitive advantage
Maintain and document data pipelines, modelling processes, and analytical methodologies to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing across the team
Monitor and assess the performance of deployed models, implementing updates and improvements as required to maintain accuracy and relevance
Support data governance and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organisational data management policies
