Financial Analyst -(Hybrid Role M-W in office)

Overview:

The Financial Analyst is a key contributor within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis that drives strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves compiling, interpreting, and presenting financial data to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance management. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces continuous improvement, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance financial outcomes and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid position reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis with work in office on Monday -Wednesday and remote work Thursday-Friday.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

The Financial Analyst's Key Responsibilities include:

Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.

Support the corporate budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Partner with business units to deliver actionable insights that improve financial performance and close operational gaps.

Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to support executive decision-making.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.

Contribute to special projects and initiatives that enhance financial systems, reporting, and planning capabilities.

PAWsome Financial Analyst candidates will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships and driving results.
