What role you will play in our team

Demonstrate leadership in Personnel and Process Safety, reinforcing a “Nobody Gets Hurt” culture

Lead shift start and safety meetings; promote effective use of PSMS

Direct unit response during emergency situations

Supervise operations team activities to ensure:

Compliance with safe operating procedures and standards

Operations remain within safe limits

Products meet quality specifications

Timely identification and reporting of equipment or facility issues

Rapid mitigation of safety-critical equipment failures

Equipment is properly prepared for safe maintenance

High-quality safe work permits are issued prior to work

Effective surveillance rounds are conducted

Routine emergency drills are completed

Support team development through formal and on-the-job training

Ensure high-quality shift handovers and continuity across shifts

Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance

About you

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in petrochemical or refinery operations

Demonstrated experience as a console operator in a petrochemical or refinery environment

Prior supervisory or leadership experience

Strong knowledge of process operations, including hazard recognition and mitigation

Proven troubleshooting skills in a complex industrial environment
