talent services and solutions. Our purpose is simple: to understand our clients’ needs and use this understanding, combined with knowledge and expertise, to find, process, and analyse complex datasets to inform talent acquisition teams. The Manager, I&I Hub Operations is an operational leader within the I&I Hub and is responsible for best-in-class service delivery and people management. The I&I Hub Manager will lead and inspire an I&I delivery Hub team supporting a portfolio of clients and collaborate with I&I colleagues within I&I Partners and Data Strategy to implement new approaches and best practices. The Manager, I&I Hub Operations plays a critical role ensuring effective delivery of I&I output across the hub teams and alignment with broader I&I objectives.

This role is hybrid if based in Monterrey working 1 day per week at our AMS Monterrey office.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
SERVICE INNOVATION / EVOLUTION
Regional I&I Hub Strategy Support - provide operational insight around I&I Hub
delivery to support Regional I&I Hub leadership to create service innovations,
identifying opportunities to evolve market leading client solutions
I&I Partner Connectivity - partners with I&I Partner team, to understand client business objectives and data priorities to inform I&I Hub team’s service development and deploy I&I Hub operational teams where appropriate
Continuous Improvement and Evolution – supports deployment and adoption of I&I services and data governance standards across I&I Hub team, supports delivery of CI, Operational Excellence or other transformation programmes within the I&I Hub to ensure alignment with broader AMS strategy and recommendations including process reviews, ways of working, tools, and techniques
PEOPLE
Role model AMS leadership behaviours
Lead and manage a team within I&I Hub matrix environment for both performance and operations aligned to regional client portfolio I&I Hub team activity
Support the development of AMS talent for the future through a robust methodology for hiring, induction, objective setting, performance management, continuous development, succession planning, wellbeing, inclusion, engagement and retention - make I&I a great place to work
Build a culture within the I&I team which builds pride in I&I and the value it creates. Act as an advocate for this across AMS and Client base
Act as a role model at all times in building collaborative partnerships that work effectively across a heavily matrixed structure, enhancing I&I’s reputation within the business
OPERATIONS
I&I Hub Delivery:
Lead and drive the team to ensure that performance, productivity and customer satisfaction are delivered in line with AMS and client expectations, managing any escalations as they arise
Monitor team performance, current and forecast workload to ensure that team capacity is manageable, and deadlines are achieved
Lead delivery of I&I Hub service in line with budget and forecasts
Owns I&I Hub delivery, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights that enhance client operations and support decision-making processes
Matrix Team Leadership - ensure effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the I&I Hub team to drive innovation and efficiency, fostering a culture of collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Quality Standards - ensures that the team’s outputs are rigorously tested, validated, and audited in line with the Data Governance team’s quality standards, assessing any discrepancies and analysing trends for CI to deploy continuous improvement plans
CLIENT / STAKEHOLDERS
Trusted Advisor – build and nurture strong relationships with I&I Hub teams, answering questions and advocating for the Regional I&I Hub operational delivery and performance supporting client contractual requirements
FINANCIAL / COMMERCIAL
Budget Management – manages costs within the team and supports delivery of
financial targets set within agreed budget with any variances anticipated, signalled
in advance, and aligned resolution in place
