We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Hotel Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, a deep understanding of hotel operations and excellent customer service skills. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals.
The position is responsible for performing the following activities:
Main responsibilities and tasks
Build a 24*7 team and create appropriate processes for smooth business operations
Manage end-to-end hotel accommodation requirements from planning to booking confirmation
Lead, supervise, mentor, and allocate tasks to hotel booking team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels and accommodation providers globally
Negotiate competitive hotel rates and identify cost-saving opportunities
Monitor booking requests and provide support for urgent changes, disruptions, or emergency accommodation requirements
Maintain accurate booking records and generate regular management reports
Serve as the primary point of contact for all hotel accommodation-related queries
Ensure compliance with company travel policies, budgets, and accommodation standards
Identify and implement improvements in hotel booking processes and operational efficiency
Monitor service quality and traveler satisfaction, resolving escalations as required
Ability to handle high-volume bookings and urgent operational requests
Mandatory Requirement
5 years of experience in hotel reservations, accommodation management, corporate travel, or hospitality operations
Proven experience managing a team or coordinating staff activities
Strong knowledge of hotel booking systems, accommodation sourcing, and supplier management
Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
