Cross-Tower Technical Leadership:

Act as the senior technical authority across all Cloud Infrastructure Operations towers

Provide support for complex, high-severity incidents and problem management

Identify systemic risks and drive remediation

Automation & Engineering Excellence:

Lead delivery of automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve reliability

Promote infrastructure as code, scripting, and engineering best practices

Embed automation into BAU operations such as patching and remediation

Platform & Operational Improvement

Drive service resilience improvements and reduce MTTR

Define and evolve operational standards and runbooks

Incident Support & Troubleshooting:

Lead diagnostics for complex cross-platform issues across Windows and Linux

Drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes

Collaboration & Influence:

Act as a technical escalation point across teams

Influence technical direction through expertise and credibility
