Role description
We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join the team of one of our clients, a leading international bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports to institutional clients, providing accurate and timely information.
Coordinate data from various applications and teams to prepare accurate reports within specified deadlines.
Identify opportunities to streamline back-office processes and improve operational efficiency through automation and optimisation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including trading desks, compliance, and technology teams, to address client needs and resolve operational issues.
Assist in addressing client queries promptly and effectively within the stipulated time frame.
Strictly follow policies and procedures while working on reports, ensuring the highest standards of quality and timeliness.
Support all aspects of maintenance and improvement of the reporting processes, including opportunities to build efficiency and enhanced control measures.
Deliver to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and work within set policies and guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of experience in report operations and report creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
Proficiency in English.
Great organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise accordingly, and make decisions as required.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of the asset management industry and performance calculations is preferred.
Experience with service management methodologies (such ITIL).
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services sector.
