Principali Responsabilità

L’Analista del Laboratorio Bioanalitico:

Svolge la sua attività applicando i Valori GSK, le norme GMP, gli aspetti di Data Integrity, le policy aziendali in tema di Ambiente e Sicurezza (EHS) e le aspettative di comportamento GSK (GSK Expectations).

Esegue i training richiesti per la propria mansione nei tempi previsti.

Esegue le analisi specifiche dell'area di competenza, in modo accurato ed indipendente su campioni di rilascio e stabilità seguendo i metodi analitici o i protocolli correnti.

Registra tempestivamente e in modo preciso tutti i dati analitici generati utilizzando i sistemi appropriati.

Valuta correttamente la conformità dei dati generati alle specifiche e ai criteri di accettazione.

Garantisce la corretta e tempestiva segnalazione di dati fuori limite o atipici per permettere l'apertura e svolgimento di indagini appropriate.

Supporta attività di miglioramento dei flussi analitici per garantire le performance del laboratorio.

Segue le regole della corretta escalation, conosce le proprie responsabilità e sa prendere le decisioni di propria competenza.

Mantiene aggiornata la documentazione tecnico analitica rispetto alle normative ufficiali e di gruppo definendo gli standard qualitativi necessari a confermare la compliance dei prodotti.

Favorisce la risoluzione di problemi ed il miglioramento di procedure e metodi.

Partecipa, se richiesto, a ispezioni, audit e self inspection.

Utilizza i sistemi informatici di GSK quali SAP, SCADA, etc. e quelli specifici delle aree di competenza.

Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in un contesto Quality Control
