Junior Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Junior Recruiter to join our dedicated Springtide team at our IPS office in Dublin, Ireland.

Position Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and candidate qualifications.

Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and other recruiting channels.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across engineering, construction, project controls, commissioning, and related project services functions.

Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and assess qualifications against position requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Create and post job advertisements and assist with the development of job descriptions and other recruitment marketing materials.

Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status, interview feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.

Support the offer process, including offer approvals, reference checks, background screening coordination, and new hire preparation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

0-3 years of recruiting experience.

Agency recruitment experience strongly preferred

Local to Dublin office for hybrid schedule
