Your mission

Steering operational tasks within Western Europe region

Supervising direct reports in Western Europe region

Supporting personal growth of direct reports

Analysis of accounts on a regular basis

Supporting project management

Maintenance of IFRS 16 related topics

Rent contract management

Identify room for improvements in our setup

Preparation of monthly closings

Preparation and collaboration of year-end closing according to IFRS, HGB and tax law

Contact person for Western Europe region for auditors

Your talent

Completed training as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter), alternatively a bachelor's degree in finance

At least 3 years of professional experience in finance and accounting

Leadership experience is an advantage

Experience with SAP R/3, SAP S4/Hana is an advantage

Very good MS Office knowledge

Excellent knowledge of German and English

Independent work and structured way of working

High commitment and flexibility, service-oriented, reliable, team player

Analytical skills, high affinity with numbers

Cross-departmental thinking and communication is required.
