Pre Sales Representative

PIB Insurance Brokers (part of PIB Group) is a dynamic insurance broker looking for someone to start their career in financial services and/or sales, who brings a high level of energy and confidence to contact clients and arrange for insurance quotations to be discussed with a member of our sales team.

No insurance experience is required; ideally, you will have some office or administrative experience, but this is not essential.

What you’ll be doing:

Contacting warm leads to introduce the business and arrange insurance quotations with a member of the sales team.

Receive and route inbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Follow up enquiries via email and SMS with clear, concise messaging.

Capture essential client information and transfer to Sales Executives.

Maintain accurate records in Acturis and Excel; uphold CRM/data hygiene.
