Salary: $185,000 - $250,000 USD per annum

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Oversee the end-to-end mortgage operations process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely execution.

Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance workflow and productivity.

Ensure all operations adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.

Analyse operational performance using key metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.

Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales and underwriting, to ensure seamless business processes.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the operations department.

Drive the adoption of new technologies and systems to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.

In-depth knowledge of mortgage operations, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
