Job Title: Sr. Pega LBA (Lead Business Analyst)
Work Location:
Irving, TX
Job Responsibilities:
Lead business discovery and requirement elicitation workshops with stakeholders.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using the Pega Platform.
Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Translate business needs into Pega case types, personas, workflows, business rules, and decision logic.
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, System Architects, UX designers, and development teams.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards.
Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement prioritization.
Facilitate requirement clarification throughout development and testing phases.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production rollout activities.
Provide leadership and mentoring to Business Architects and Business Analysts.
Participate in solution demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, and governance meetings.
Maintain traceability between business requirements and delivered functionality.
Promote adoption of Pega Express™ delivery methodology and industry best practices.
