About the role
Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Senior Program Analyst
Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Conduct quantitative analysis of products and business processes
Conducts studies and analyses supporting plans, requirements, and road maps
Perform a wide variety of analyses for the FAA in support of the Navigation Programs
Candidate will provide analytical solutions, including benefits identification and descriptions, development of program life cycle benefits estimates, alternative analyses, economic analysis, and other business case documentation
Work may include data collection and analysis, life cycle benefits estimating, model development, benefit-risk analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and other technical analyses as needed
Perform senior-level program analysis functions associated with the ongoing business, financial management, risk management, and information technology activities of the Navigation Services Directorate.
Support activities related to the transition of financial management, business, and information technology processes
Duties include
Program/project planning
Preparation and analysis of program-related data
Review of program status and program schedule
Preparation of reports
Coordinating and arranging meetings
Preparation of materials for and giving program-related briefings and presentations
Program coordination with FAA Headquarters and regional office personnel, and facility personnel
Conduct program and project control processes
Occasional travel may be required
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
Fourteen (14) years of work experience in program management may be substituted for the degree requirement
Minimum 10 years of experience performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to:
Project planning and execution
Life cycle acquisition planning and management
Risk analysis
Mitigation plan development
Experience in conducting quantitative analysis using research tools and quantitative techniques, application of modeling, and analysis to operational processes, maintenance, logistics, and operation of complex systems
Experience associated with working on project implementation, stakeholder coordination, processes, reporting, and monitoring tools
Working to deliver innovative solutions to satisfy a variety of client needs
Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures and technical performance measurement is required
The candidate must have excellent analytical and critical reasoning skills
Experienced with project implementation and processes, stakeholder coordination, risk analysis, reporting, and utilizing monitoring tools
Experienced with supporting meetings, including preparing briefings producing meeting minutes, and tracking actions
Contribute effectively through oral and written communication and maintain productive working relationships
Prior work experience from the FAA and familiarity with its AMS process preferred
Salary: Up to $140,000 annually. Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
