About the role

NAPS is a company specialized in outsourced administrative and compliance management services, supporting the long-term success of companies operating and manufacturing in Mexico.

We are seeking a proactive, people-oriented, and results-driven Senior Human Resources Supervisor to lead and strengthen Human Resources operations. This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Mexican labor regulations, partnering with management on HR strategies, and fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Human Resources processes, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance with Mexican labor regulations and internal company policies.

Partner with management to develop and implement Human Resources strategies aligned with business objectives.

Promote a culture of growth, collaboration, accountability, and employee engagement.

Develop, analyze, and monitor HR metrics and indicators to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Support talent development, employee engagement, labor relations, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Provide guidance and support to management and employees on Human Resources matters.

Ensure the proper implementation and follow-up of applicable labor regulations and workplace initiatives, including NOM-035 and the Chair Law.

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Human Resources leadership or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law and applicable labor regulations.

Experience with NOM-035 and the Chair Law.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with management and employees at different organizational levels.

Advanced English proficiency.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
