Job Description

El Ingeniero de Proyectos está a cargo de los esfuerzos de industrialización de un determinado proyecto, tales como: transferencias de producto, implementación de nuevos programas, movimientos de layout, optimización del proceso de manufactura, proyectos APQP, etc. Su rol principal es el desarrollo de entregables.

A Project Engineering is in charge of the industrialization efforts of a certain project such as, but not limited to: Project Transfers, New program implementation, Mayor Layout Changes, Manufacturability improvement efforts, APQP & MFG 4.0 Initiatives, etc.

Job Requirements

Título mínimo de Ingeniería de Manufactura, Ingeniería Mecánica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, o afín.

Autocad, MS Project, APQP, Gestion de Proyectos.

Conocimiento de herramientas de diseño asistido por computadora (Solid Works, CATIA), escaneos 3D, robótica y conocimiento general de GD&T.

Minimum BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering.

Autocad, MS Project, APQP, Project Management.

Knowledge in computer-assisted drawing (Solid Works, CATIA), 3D scanning, robotics and general GD&T.

Los esfuerzos de industrialización incluyen: VSM, flujo de procesos, PFMEA, SPC, instrucciones de trabajo, documentación de equipo y herramental, análisis de capacidad y espacio, aspectos ergonómicos y de seguridad de la estación de trabajo y las operaciones, análisis y validación de tiempo estándar BOM. Validation Work Orders, preparación de evidencias para Production Readiness Reviews y las distintas etapas de proyectos de industrialización, plan para ramp-up y EIS.

Industrialization efforts include: VSM, Layout, Process flow, PFMEA, SPC, Work Instructions, Equipment documentation and qualified tooling development, Capacity and floor space analysis, Safety and ergonomic aspects of the workstation and operations, Standard time analysis and Bill of Material validation, tracking and support of Engineering, Manufacturing and Validation Work Orders, Production Readiness Reviews, Ramp up plans and Entry into service.
