Where You'll Come In

We are growing our India engineering team to support exciting upcoming client engagements across a variety of industries. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll work with modern technologies to build scalable applications, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native solutions for our consulting clients.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and working across different projects. While each engagement may use a different technology stack, we're looking for engineers with strong software engineering fundamentals who can quickly adapt and contribute.

What you'll do

Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software applications

Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems

Build and maintain data pipelines and event-driven applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver technical solutions

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Participate in architecture discussions and technical design

Review code and mentor other engineers

Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance

Work across multiple technology stacks depending on client needs

Experience with two or more of the following technologies:

Backend

Kotlin or Java

PHP

Python (FastAPI preferred)

Frontend

React

Next.js

TypeScript

Data & Messaging

Apache Kafka

Event-driven architecture

Data pipeline development

Cloud & DevOps (Nice to Have)

Docker

Kubernetes

Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Azure

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

7+ years of professional software engineering experience

Strong object-oriented programming skills

Experience building scalable production applications

Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development practices

Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent communication skills

Ability to quickly learn and work with new technologies
