Asa Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team on challenging assignments within a wide range of clients in the financial sector (banking and capital markets, insurance, asset management and other financial institutions).As a team, you deliver complex projects that transform the way business is being done and help companies to adopt new ways of working.

Your key responsibilities will include:

The Role

Asa Management Consultant , you will work with leading Banking and Insurance clients on strategic transformation, process optimization, technology modernization, and large-scale business change initiatives. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams delivering projects across business strategy, operating model design, process reengineering, enterprise architecture, PMO, and business analysis.

Support business and technology transformation programs for Banking and Insurance clients.

Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes, customer journeys, and operating models to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Support Enterprise Architecture (EA), IT Strategy, digital transformation, and technology modernization initiatives.

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, process assessments, and requirements gathering sessions.

Provide Project Management Office (PMO) support including project planning, governance, stakeholder management, executivereporting, risk and issue management, and steering committee coordination.

Leverage data analytics and business intelligence techniques to derive insights, support decision-making, identify improvement opportunities, and measure business outcomes.

Develop presentations, executive reports, business cases, dashboards, and transformation roadmaps for senior management.

Support implementation, testing, change management, and business readiness activities.

Contribute to proposal development, market research, thought leadership, and business development initiatives.

Collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to deliver measurable business and operational outcomes.

Support with project risk and issue management. As a project team member proactively identifying gaps, issues, and work around solutions
