About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager (Mobile & Gen AI) to join our team in Paris, France, in a hybrid working mode with client office visits. In this role, you will lead mobile app modernization for retail applications, ensuring continuous value delivery, scalability and integration of Gen AI-driven personalization features while maintaining zero disruption to the existing user base. You’ll make high-impact prioritization decisions, foster collaboration across teams and apply strong product leadership in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Responsibilities
Own, maintain and prioritize the product backlog aligned with modernization goals, epics and budgets
Drive delivery of high-performing native mobile features (iOS and Android) with no user disruption
Champion integration of Generative AI for features such as conversational search and hyper-personalized recommendations
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and PI Planning, removing blockers and ensuring smooth execution
Facilitate feature mapping, process analysis and gap analysis to support data-driven product enhancements
Coordinate dependencies across teams and ensure feature alignment and quality standards
Define clear acceptance criteria, evaluate deliverables and approve or reject iteration outcomes
Conduct post-launch assessments to analyze feature performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate closely with design, engineering and business stakeholders to align vision and execution
Stay ahead of retail and mobile trends to innovate in personalization and customer experience
Requirements
6+ years of product management experience with strong knowledge of native mobile app development (iOS and Android)
Solid background in retail or e-commerce, understanding platform-specific complexities
Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs or personalization algorithms within mobile journeys
Strong knowledge of EU market practices, regulations and payment/checkout constraints
Ability to make informed trade-off decisions balancing budgets, enablers and customer value
Technical acumen to address architecture, modular design and legacy modernization challenges
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
Fluent English (B2+) and strong French skills to engage local teams and business partners
Proven ability to lead Agile teams and deliver in SAFe environments effectively
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Management or equivalent
