About the role

One or two calls and you've got yourself a dream weekend!

We're looking for a concierge who's not afraid to pull out all the stops when it comes to pleasing a guest. This attentive person is our hotel's tourism expert: he or she knows the best Italian restaurant, keeps abreast of new exhibitions and can create a tailor-made romantic package in no time. His welcoming personality and desire to do things right reflect on the whole team and on the people he meets.

The schedule is Friday-Saturday-Sunday from 11am to 9pm or 10 am to 8pm

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Take an interest in our guests, ask the right questions to understand what they are looking for and advise them appropriately.

Respond to their requests with enthusiasm and eagerness and be their point of contact with the outside world: make a restaurant reservation, buy tickets for an activity, find the right relaxation package, etc.

Know what events are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibitions, sightseeing tours) and establish close connections with these businesses to provide information, tickets, and reservations to guests. Sent regular updates to the team to ensure everyone is aware.

Write a welcome message, make a room delivery or other courteous gesture to make guests' experience memorable.

Be in constant communication with the front desk, reservations, and catering team to do everything possible to offer a personalized experience to our guests.

Keep detailed notes in guest profiles and systems to ensure continuity of service and enable future stays to feel just as personalized.

Handle guest requests, special occasions, VIP profiles, and last-minute changes with profesionalism, creativity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Diploma in Hotel Management; Clefs d’Or certification considered an asset

3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality, front desk, or a concierge role

Strong ability to solve problems, manage priorities, and work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment

Excellent knowledge of the region’s attractions, restaurants, and activities

Fluent in both French and English is required.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS (an asset).
