What you will be doing:

Partner with Executives and senior leaders to develop people plans that support business priorities and long term goals.

Work closely with Reward, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to deliver integrated people solutions across workforce planning, attraction, retention and colleague experience.

Use workforce data, people insights and professional judgement to shape recommendations, anticipate risks and evaluate impact.

Lead and support organisational design, cultural development and change activity.

Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, challenge and targeted interventions.

Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring risks are managed fairly and consistently.

Champion inclusive leadership and help embed RICS’s values across the people agenda.

About You

You will be an experienced HR Business Partner who can build trust quickly, offer thoughtful challenge and work effectively across a complex, multi regional organisation. You will be confident advising senior leaders and using data, insight and judgement to shape practical people solutions.

We are looking for someone who can bring:

Substantial experience in a senior HR partnering role, ideally within a complex, international, professional services, membership or regulated environment.

Experience advising executive or senior leadership teams and influencing senior decision making.

A track record in organisational development, change, workforce planning and leadership capability activity.

Good knowledge of UK employment law, with awareness of international employee relations considerations.

Confidence using people data and HR systems to inform decisions and improve processes.

CIPD membership, coaching accreditation, reward experience or experience across multiple jurisdictions would be helpful, but they are not essential.
