About the role

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our Corporate Trust – Conventional Debt team. This role is located in Washington, D.C.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

This role contributes to the development and execution of Corporate Trust’s Conventional Debt product strategy, supporting the Product Head. The SVP provides strategic guidance across Product/Platform, helping shape product vision, roadmap priorities, and go-to-market direction for products with meaningful business impact.

Serve as a thought leader across the product organization, partnering with Product Heads, SVP Product Managers, and Directors to influence product direction, strengthen strategic alignment, and ensure consistent execution of product strategy.

Provide strategic oversight and input into multiple pod-level backlogs, guiding prioritization and ensuring alignment to broader product objectives, while empowering Product Owners to manage day-to-day execution.

Support the aggregation and transparency of product-related risks, contributing to a holistic view of risk across Product/Platform and advising on mitigation strategies and remediation efforts.

Influence prioritization decisions by incorporating market intelligence, client needs, and financial considerations, ensuring product investments align with business objectives and growth opportunities.

Collaborate across Product/Platform leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Risk, Operations, Technology) to share progress, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvement in product strategy and delivery.

Act as a senior escalation point for complex product issues, providing guidance and decision support on strategic risks, trade-offs, and critical initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

8-10+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment and prior experience working in a financial industry preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline

Experience working in an agile environment

Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision

Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds

Experience managing daily technical and design direction
