What You'll Do

As an Insurance Account Representative, you'll help customers understand their insurance needs while providing outstanding service and support.

Key responsibilities include:

Build relationships with new and existing customers

Educate customers on auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance

Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Follow up with leads and existing customers

Maintain accurate customer records

Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Customer service or sales experience preferred

Professional, organized, and dependable

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to obtain the required state insurance licenses

Insurance experience is a plus but not required
