Lead DevOps Engineer

Location: Hyderabad Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

About This Role

The Lead DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. In this role, you will play a key part in automating infrastructure, improving system reliability, and supporting modern containerized applications - helping teams deliver software with speed, security, and confidence.

Your Responsibilities - Here's What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform

Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production environments to ensure performance and reliability

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable consistent and reliable software delivery

Monitor system performance, availability, and security across environments

Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment workflows and drive engineering efficiency

Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across environments while implementing best practices for scalability, reliability, and cost optimization

Technology Tools

Azure, Kubenetes, Terraform

Role Essentials

8+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering and Azure Cloud, with strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform

Strong understanding of containerization and microservices architecture

Experience with Linux systems and networking fundamentals

Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability practices

Experience with Bash and scripting tools

What We'd Like to See

Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

Working knowledge of AWS cloud services

Experience managing Helm charts

Experience with OpenSearch or similar search/logging platforms

GitOps experience using Flux or ArgoCD
