Sales Manager, Data Center (Paris based)
About the role
Position Summary
As we continue to and drive forward our vision, we are seeking a Sales Manager (f/m/d) for our Data Center Semiconductor business based out of Samsung Semiconductor’s Paris office.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving forward Semiconductor Sales within the Data Center area. You will be growing business, market share and securing long-term leadership, as well as maintaining and expanding existing business, identifying new business opportunities and generating future sales.
Role and Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and long-term relationships with Data Center customer accounts
Define mutually-beneficial co-operation strategies for Data Center customers
Evaluate business potential for Samsung with new customer prospects
Collaborate with key decision-makers at customers to identify and secure long-term awards
Negotiate business awards, including pricing and contractual negotiations
Analyze and evaluate business results and ensure adherence to commercial frameworks
Steer and supervise the relevant product forecast to ensure smooth global supply
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent in electronics or a related subject
Minimum 5 years professional experience in a sales function within the semiconductor area
Good knowledge of Semiconductor / Datacenter Market
Pro-active / consultative sales approach
Extensive sales experience & strong customer orientation
Persuasive and professional presenting products / technologies and concepts to customers
Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate at all levels
Self-starter, takes initiative and able to work under minimum supervision
Welcomes working in a multi-cultural environment
Assertive, determined, flexible and creative personality
