The purpose of the Cluster Manager role is to use leadership and organisational skills to drive the performance of multiple practices including Bupa Dental Newstead, Greenslopes and Paddington, while collaborating with the PDM to develop the attributes necessary to become a successful multi-site manager.

What you’ll need to make it possible

Experienced – 2+ years in business development or multi-site management within dental or healthcare

Strategic – with strong project management and marketing capabilities

Decisive – able to exercise judgment in ambiguous situations

Analytical – confident interpreting data and driving performance

Collaborative – with excellent communication and leadership skills

Change-ready – proven ability to implement new initiatives and lead transformation
