Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Logistics Quality Improvement specialist to drive continuous improvement initiatives across JD.com's extensive logistics network, ensuring operational excellence and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and prioritize areas for quality improvement within logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.

Develop and implement data-driven strategies and action plans to address identified quality gaps and inefficiencies.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics quality, track progress of improvement initiatives, and report findings to stakeholders.

Conduct regular audits and assessments of logistics processes and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify potential risks.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, technology, customer service) and external partners to optimize end-to-end logistics quality.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and best practices among logistics personnel.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in logistics quality management.

Job Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with a proven track record in quality improvement or process optimization roles.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

Demonstrated experience with quality management methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with e-commerce logistics operations and challenges is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus.
