Talent Operations Coordinator

About the role
Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of a great workplace? This is your opportunity to find out.
We're looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our Talent team. This is an operations-focused role, supporting the processes, programmes, and employee experience that help our people thrive. While you'll work closely with colleagues across the business, this is not a recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments. Whether you're early in your career, changing direction, or looking to build experience within HR and people operations, this role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our people, helping make work life run smoothly. That includes:
Being a go‑to person for employee questions (pay, benefits, holidays, systems, life stuff)
Supporting the full employee lifecycle - onboarding new starters, offboarding leavers, contract updates, and different types of leave
Keeping employee data accurate and compliant (GDPR, Right to Work checks, joiners & leavers)
Supporting employee relations meetings (including note‑taking and follow‑ups)
Working closely with Payroll & Benefits to make sure everyone gets paid correctly and on time
Coordinating probation and performance review processes end‑to‑end
Tracking holiday and absence data and flagging anything that needs attention
Processing invoices and POs when required
Helping improve how we do things - spotting what could work better and actually helping change it
Supporting wider Talent and culture projects across Publicis Groupe
You’ll learn how HR really works, not just the theory.
This role is for you if
You’re naturally organised and like keeping things on track
You’re a clear, confident communicator (written and spoken)
You handle information with discretion, trust, and integrity
You care about getting the details right and delivering quality work
You enjoy working with people and collaborating with different teams
You’re comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change
You’re curious, resilient, and open to learning as you go
You’re confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
You’re interested in HR, people, culture - and ideally the marketing/creative world
