Trainee Account Executive

£30,000 Base Salary | £60,000 OTE | 3% Commission on Closed Deals

We're looking for ambitious, driven graduates and early-career professionals to join our sales team as a Trainee Account Executive. This is an opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals, build relationships with senior stakeholders across the healthcare sector, and develop into a successful Account Executive within 12-18 months.

What You'll Do

Identify and engage potential clients across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors

Build relationships with decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach

Generate qualified sales opportunities and book meetings for the commercial team

Work closely with senior sales colleagues on target accounts and campaigns

Develop market knowledge and commercial understanding of the healthcare industry

Manage activity accurately within the CRM and maintain a strong pipeline

What We're Looking For You don't need previous sales experience. We're looking for people who are:

An interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or business is advantageous, but not essential.

What's on Offer
