Regional Manager Sampling Operation & Innovation NA & LATAM

Job Summary

The Regional Manager Sampling Operations & Innovation leads the execution and embedding of IFF Taste’s Sampling Strategy across NA & LATAM. This role optimizes and progressively automates the end-to-end sampling value stream - from commercial request initiation and new product creation through sampling planning, production, warehousing, and fulfillment - to deliver faster, more reliable service and best-in-class customer experience.

You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional regional network connecting Commercial, Creation (Research, Development & Applications), and Operations teams. Our team is collaborative, performance-driven, and focused on delivering consistent, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Lead the end-to-end sampling value stream across NA & LATAM - from request initiation to final fulfillment

Drive deployment of standardized global sampling processes, reducing manual effort and cycle time

Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Commercial, Creation (RC&D), and Operations

Accelerate adoption of automation across production, warehousing, and distribution activities

Enable implementation of SAP-enabled sampling processes and digital tools (e.g., workflow and analytics systems)

Establish regional performance visibility through KPIs, data insights, and governance routines

Strengthen customer experience by improving speed, reliability, and right-first-time delivery

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Life Sciences, or related field

6+ years of experience in operations transformation, process excellence, or automation

Proven experience managing end-to-end operational value streams (request-to-fulfillment)

Experience implementing global processes and driving adoption at site or regional level

Exposure to digital solutions, automation tools, and system-driven workflows

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and regions

Experience working with SAP-enabled processes and data-driven operations

Ability to translate business needs into scalable operational solutions
