Job Title: Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) Quality Engineer

Your future duties and responsibilities

. Act as the KOFAX QE Team Lead for a with focus on shift left automation . Manage test strategies and drive quality initiatives

. Design and develop the test automation framework, implement required libraries, and conduct auto tests

. Collaborate with the QA Management team to define Drive the design and development of scalable and maintainable automation frameworks

. Review and contribute to test plans, test strategies, and code for automated test scripts

. Ensure best practices are followed in code quality, test coverage, and CI/CD integration

. Participate in architecture and design discussions to improve overall testability and product quality

. Work closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure alignment across all phases of the SDLC

. Identify training needs and promote knowledge sharing across the QA team

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Required Skills

. 10+ years' experience in Software Testing & Automation

. Expertise in Robot Framework and Selenium WebDriver

. Strong expertise in: Robot Framework , Selenium WebDriver , TestNG / Cucumber / BDD , Python scripting ,Automation Frameworks (POM, Data Driven, Hybrid)

. Ability to design and maintain automation frameworks .

. Planning and executing end to end testing

. Driving quality initiatives in Agile environments.

. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies

. Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Maven

. Support release validation, production readiness, and quality reporting

. Mentor QA engineers and promote automation best practices

. Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills

Nice to have

. Kofax/ Tungsten Testing experience

. Banking Domain Software Testing experience
