Job Description

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building custom applications, developing integrations, customizing Service Portal and Workspace, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.

Configure and customize the ServiceNow PPM module to support project and portfolio management processes.

Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, catalogs, and knowledge management solutions.

Develop and integrate REST APIs with third-party applications.

Create and enhance Service Portal and Workspace/UI Builder experiences.

Develop Flow Designer automations and Integration Hub solutions.

Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Script Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and other platform components.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams during design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

5–9 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong experience with ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) (Mandatory).

Experience in developing custom ServiceNow applications.

Strong knowledge of REST API integrations.

Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

Experience in Service Portal development.

Expertise in Workspace customization and UI Builder.

Strong scripting experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Script Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.

Experience with Service Catalog, Workflows, and Knowledge Base development.

Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, design principles, and platform best practices.

Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Good to Have

Experience with ServiceNow Playbooks.

Exposure to Now Assist and GenAI capabilities within ServiceNow.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
